Belleview House is strictly non smoking, this includes the balcony of room five.

Credit and debit card details are required to act as a guarantee. A deposit to the amount of the first nights stay will be taken at the time of booking. Deposits, full payments, and balance payments may also be paid using our secure online payment system, using a credit card or Paypal account. We will email you deposit details. Or if you prefer, a good old-fashioned cheque payable to Mrs E.Ridene.

Once we have confirmed your booking, your deposit becomes non refundable.

Should you need to cancel your stay please be aware that bookings must be cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date. Any cancellation after this day or a no show would incur a charge of 100% of the total cost of your booking. However we would try our utmost to re-let the room to minimise the cost to you. We reserve the right (only in extreme circumstances) to cancel your booking.

Minimum of 2 night stay required during high season and at weekends. However from time to time in between bookings we may be able to accommodate one night stays. Please enquire about rates and availability.

Check in time is between 16:30pm and 18:30pm (or later by arrangement, up to 9.30pm).

Check out time is at 10:30am

Breakfast is served between 7.45 and 8.45 during the week, and between 8:30am and 9:30am on weekends.

We regret we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 6yrs.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage and/or losses incurred to Belleview House and amend prices and facilities at our discression.

We recommend that you have insurance in the event of cancellation.
